Zinc Bromide Brine is used to prepare very high-density, solids-free completion/workover fluids. Saturated zinc bromide brine is approximately ~20 ppg. It typically has low pH and can create corrosion and handling challenges, so metallurgy selection and corrosion inhibition are critical.
