Calcium Bromide 52% Brine is a clear, solids-free completion/workover brine supplied at SG ~1.70 (@20°C). It is used to provide hydrostatic pressure control while minimizing solids-related formation damage. Calcium bromide brines are commonly used in completion operations to make solids-free brines in the ~11.5–14.5 ppg range.
